Custom Web Development
Fast, secure sites built without framework bloat. Server-rendered HTML, minimal JavaScript, and a stack you can audit. Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc builds the site and offers two engagement models: managed, where the company hosts and maintains it, and unmanaged, where the source transfers to the client.
Managed or unmanaged
Managed. Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc hosts the site and maintains it. Source code and server configuration stay with the company. The monthly arrangement is set in the written scope.
Unmanaged. The source transfers to the client, who hosts and maintains it. The build is written uniquely for the client and priced higher, because the company gives up the hosting relationship.
The model is chosen before the written scope is signed. It does not change after launch.
What this service is
A custom web development engagement covers the design and build of a website on a server-rendered stack. The pages arrive complete from the server, scripts are written only for the interactions that need them, and every third party dependency is listed for the client to review. Whether the client hosts the finished site or Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc hosts it is decided by the engagement model, not assumed.
Managed and unmanaged, compared
The two models differ in who holds the source and who runs the site. They share the same build standard.
Hosted and maintained by Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc
The site runs on infrastructure Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc manages and monitors.
Source code, server configuration, and the maintenance scripts stay with Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc.
The client receives the running site, a written operating guide, and a hosting and maintenance arrangement stated in the scope.
Service worker, header policy, and dependency updates are deployed by Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc.
If the client cancels, the content and the domain remain the client's, and the source code does not transfer. Migration assistance is available for a one-time fee.
Hosted and maintained by the client
The site runs on the client's own infrastructure, or on hosting the client chooses.
Source code, server configuration, and the maintenance scripts transfer to the client at handover.
The client receives the source files, the server configuration, the header policy, the schema validation results, and a written explanation of how each part works.
After handover, Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc does not update the site. The client's team or its own vendor does.
Priced higher than the managed model, because the build is written uniquely for the client and the company gives up the hosting relationship.
What is included
Every item below is part of the standard scope, in both engagement models.
Server-rendered HTML
Each page arrives complete from the server. Search engines, AI crawlers, and readers on slow connections get the full content without waiting for a script to assemble it.
Minimal JavaScript
Scripts are written for the interaction that needs them and nothing more. If a feature works without JavaScript, it is built without JavaScript.
An auditable stack
The file list, the server configuration, and the exact versions of anything third party are documented. If a dependency exists, its purpose is written down.
Structured data and schema
Organization, Service, and FAQPage markup written to schema.org and validated before handover, so search engines and AI systems read the same facts the site shows.
Security headers and CSP
Strict-Transport-Security, Content-Security-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, and Permissions-Policy configured and tested, with the reasoning documented.
Documentation
A written explanation of how the site works, what each file does, and how each header and cache rule is set. What is transferred with the documentation depends on the engagement model.
What is not included
These are separate engagements from Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc. They are priced in their own written scope, not folded into the build quote.
Technical SEO
Crawl optimization, site architecture, and ongoing structured data maintenance beyond the initial build.
Performance optimization
Server tuning, caching, and TTFB reduction on a site that already exists.
Security audits
Header review, CSP audit, and vulnerability assessment on a site the company did not build.
How the project runs
The client describes the site
Through the contact form. Two paragraphs is enough. Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc replies within one business day with either a scoping call invitation or a straight answer that custom development is not the right fit.
The client chooses the model and signs the scope
Pages, integrations, stack, timeline, total cost, and the engagement model: managed or unmanaged. One document. It does not change after signature unless the client requests a change.
The client watches it get built
Work happens on a staging URL the client can open at any time. Review is continuous. What is handed over at the end depends on the model: a running hosted site, or the source files and the server configuration.
Questions before the first call
Do we own the code at handover?
It depends on the engagement model. Under the managed model, Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc hosts and maintains the site and the source code does not transfer. Under the unmanaged model, the source code, the server configuration, and the maintenance scripts transfer to the client at handover, and the build is priced higher because it is written uniquely for the client.
How is the project priced?
A written scope lists every page, every integration, the stack, the timeline, and the total cost before work starts. The unmanaged model is priced higher than the managed model, because the build is unique to the client and Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc gives up the hosting relationship. The figure does not change after signature unless the client requests a change.
Can the site run on our existing hosting provider?
Yes, under the unmanaged model. The build uses server-rendered HTML and minimal JavaScript, so the hosting requirement is ordinary PHP and Apache or Nginx. If the current host cannot meet the requirement, Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc says so before the scope is signed.
What happens after launch?
Under the managed model, Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc keeps hosting the site, applies security and dependency updates, and fixes defects for the term stated in the written scope. Under the unmanaged model, the client receives the source files, the server configuration, and the documentation, and maintains the site with its own team or its own vendor. In neither model is there a mandatory retainer beyond the terms stated in the scope.
