Tech Foundation: Engineering Without Compromise
Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc builds custom web systems, runs AI readiness audits, and hardens production infrastructure for clients in the Philippines and abroad. This page documents the engineering history behind that practice.
What We Do Today
Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc is a software engineering firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under a primary scope of Information Technology and a secondary scope of Wholesale Trade. Clients engage us for three primary services:
Built on a zero-dependency stack, with no external frameworks or third-party scripts in the transaction path.
Evaluate data flow and non-deterministic risks before deploying AI into a customer or calculation path.
Audit and strengthen existing production infrastructure against third-party risk.
The Wholesale Dito Store platform at wholesaledito.store is our production system. It is where our engineering decisions are tested under real traffic, real procurement workflows, and real transaction load. Every method we use on client work was proven there first.
Engineering Milestones
From Social Advocacy to Engineering Firm
Clickerwayne Enterprise was registered on December 28, 2010, as a DTI sole proprietorship in Bi«Ðan, Laguna. It started as a social advocacy, providing remote data entry work for stay-at-home parents and persons with disabilities. By 2012, operations had moved into full-stack web development. The social foundation stayed. The technical capability grew out of it.
The 2016 Origin: Cli_Ent Systems
The engineering discipline behind the current stack began in 2016, when the business was still operating as Clickerwayne Enterprise, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship. To run call center operations, lead generation, and outbound services, we built Cli_Ent Systems.
Cli_Ent was internal software for our own operations. It grew through several versions, adding agent training modules and outbound call simulation. The Wholesale Dito Store platform, the Ask W Auditor, and the tools published on this site are direct descendants of that 2016 system. They were built years before the SEC-registered corporations were formed.
The Zero-Dependency Decision
In 2018, a project built on an external platform inherited a vulnerability from a third-party plugin. The plugin was not our code. It was code we loaded, and therefore code we could not audit, patch, or control. The site carried the risk and the penalty while the vendor prepared a fix.
We made a permanent decision after that. Every component in a critical path is written and maintained in-house. No external frameworks, no page builders, no third-party scripts in the transaction path.
Verifiable Claim:
The production platform at wholesaledito.store loads zero third-party scripts. Open developer tools on any page and watch the network tab. During normal operation, no request leaves the browser to an external domain.
SEC Incorporation
On June 27, 2023, Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc was incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It assumed ownership of the Wholesale Dito Store brand and the production platform.
The Corporate Structure
Three independent corporations operate under the shared trade name Clickerwayne Group of Companies.
Clickerwayne Holdings OPC is a One Person Corporation registered in 2024. It operates as a holding company, with Information Technology as its secondary scope.
Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc is the software engineering firm that publishes this site. It owns the Wholesale Dito Store brand.
Clickerwayne Drey Corporation (USmile) handles logistics and business process management.
The Engineering Culture
The engineering culture behind Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc comes from Clickerwayne, a self-taught programmer. He spent 14 years in the call center industry, starting as a Banker and Product Specialist at Washington Mutual, then as a Banker at Wachovia, and later as a Team Lead at Wells Fargo.
He taught himself the DOS-based Hogan mainframe system by studying it in his own time, which earned him the nickname "Hogan Master" among his colleagues. He later taught himself programming the same way, through online tutorials during his spare hours.
Working inside banking systems for 14 years shaped the company's approach to software. Those systems required deterministic output, audit trails, and zero tolerance for silent failure. That experience taught the team what a computer science degree does not: that a single wrong number in a financial system has real consequences.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and has completed academic units in an MBA program. His guiding principle, which is now the operating principle of the company, is simple: determination, not genius, is what makes a programmer.
Proof of Engineering Depth
We do not ask clients to take our capability on trust. We publish the mechanics.
The research log includes a complete walkthrough of a neural network trained from scratch in PHP and run in vanilla JavaScript. Hand-written backpropagation, no machine learning library, no external service. It is not a product we sell. It is a public demonstration of the arithmetic under every modern AI system, written by our team to show how the math actually works.
The log also includes performance benchmarks, cryptographic provenance studies, and deterministic audit tools. Every claim about our technology can be checked against published documentation or against the live system.
Why AI Stays Out of Two Paths
The same risk logic that excludes third-party scripts also excludes AI models from two specific places: the calculation path and the customer data path.
In the calculation path, an AI model produces different output on different runs. That is fine for drafting and summarizing. It is not fine for pricing, tax, or financial calculations, where the output is the result. Those calculations require deterministic arithmetic that anyone can reproduce by hand.
In the customer data path, calling an AI model sends customer information to a third-party vendor. The data is transmitted, processed, and logged outside our infrastructure, even when the vendor publishes a policy against training on customer data. For order data, payment details, and contact information, that transmission is not acceptable.
Our tools are labeled [Not AI] because they run deterministic arithmetic in the browser. The label is a functional description, not a position against artificial intelligence.
