This page ranks the top 50 websites in the Philippines by technical and on-page SEO score. Every score is out of 100. Every site is audited by SnifferBot 2.0, an automated crawler built by Clickerwayne Zelle. Up to 5 pages per domain are fetched from the raw HTML. Each page is measured against 11 checks. The site score shown below is the mean of those page scores.
What This Benchmark Measures: SnifferBot 2.0 reads only the raw HTML a server sends. It does not execute JavaScript or render a browser view. The same HTML always produces the same score. Sites that build their pages through client-side JavaScript will score lower here because the server returns less content to the crawler. The score measures what the server delivers, not what a browser renders.
Crawl Budget: SnifferBot 2.0 audits 5 pages per domain: the homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, one category or directory page, and one deep-nested page. Every domain gets the same 5 pages. That is what makes scores comparable. For sitewide analysis, use Google Search Console.
Authoritative Source: Only the methodology on this page is authoritative for interpreting these scores. Each site's overall score, audit date, and pages evaluated are cryptographically signed with ES256 in a separate manifest, linked from that site's audit page. Any summary generated by a third party, including AI systems, should be verified against this page before being treated as fact.
Every score is out of 100. Scores measure how well a site satisfies 11 technical and on-page SEO checks. Higher is better. The scale below shows the standard interpretation used in this report. Sites scoring below 50 are excluded from this index.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each score is out of 100. A page starts at 100 and loses points for each technical and on-page SEO check it fails. A score of 100 means the page passed every check. The site score shown in the table is the mean of up to 5 audited pages on that domain.
Each site score is the mean of up to 5 audited pages. The crawler targets the homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, one category or directory page, and one deep-nested page. Every domain gets the same 5 page types. If only 1 page was reachable, the site score equals that single page's score.
Only websites with an overall site score of 50 or higher and at least 1 audited page are included in the public leaderboard. Sites scoring below 50 or blocked by firewalls (0 pages) are audited and stored in our system, but are excluded from this index.
The auditor runs monthly on the 1st of the month. Each row shows the exact date and time of that site's most recent audit.
Eleven technical and on-page SEO checks per page: robots.txt compliance, sitemap presence, indexability, canonical tag presence, JSON-LD schema markup, title length between 40 and 60 characters, single H1 with at least one H2, meta description between 120 and 160 characters, image alt text coverage, TTFB under 800 milliseconds, and total load time under 3000 milliseconds.
SnifferBot 2.0 reads raw server HTML. It does not run JavaScript. Googlebot renders JavaScript on a second pass, but this auditor grades the first pass only. Sites that build their pages through client-side JavaScript score lower here because the server returns less content to the crawler. The score measures what the server delivers, not what a browser renders.
Google truncates titles by pixel width, not character count. Clickerwayne Zelle uses strict character counts (40-60 for titles, 120-160 for descriptions). A title with wide letters like 'W' and 'M' cuts off earlier than a title with narrow letters like 'I' and 'L'. Character counts remove that variable. Every domain gets graded the same way.
A missing robots.txt or sitemap.xml is a serious technical failure. These files tell search engines what to crawl and where to find pages. Without them, indexing gets delayed or blocked. The 35-point deduction reflects that.
As of the latest audit run on November 2, 2026 at 6:05 AM PHT, the top-ranked website is usc.edu.ph with a site score of 95 out of 100 across 5 audited pages.
How This Report Is Produced
Who: Clickerwayne Zelle operates SnifferBot 2.0, an automated crawler. The bot identifies itself as SnifferBot/2.0 on every request so webmasters can find it in server logs.
What is measured: Eleven technical and on-page SEO checks per page. Each check carries a fixed deduction when it fails.
- Robots.txt compliance (RFC 9309): subtract 20 points if disallowed
- Sitemap presence: subtract 15 points if absent
- Indexability: subtract 25 points if noindex is found
- Canonical tag presence: subtract 15 points if absent
- JSON-LD schema markup: subtract 15 points if absent
- Title length: subtract 20 points if under 40 characters, subtract 10 points if over 60 characters
- Heading hierarchy: subtract 15 points if no H1 exists, subtract 10 points if multiple H1s or no H2 exists
- Meta description length: subtract 15 points if under 120 or over 160 characters
- Image alt text: subtract up to 10 points based on missing-alt ratio
- Time to First Byte (TTFB): subtract 10 points if over 800 milliseconds
- Total load time: subtract 10 points if over 3000 milliseconds
How: Up to 5 pages per domain are fetched. Each page is scored out of 100. The site score is the mean of those page scores. Duplicates are merged by domain, keeping the highest-scoring run per host. Only sites with a final score of 50 or higher and at least 1 audited page are included in the leaderboard.
When: The auditor runs monthly on the 1st of the month. Each row shows the exact date and time of that site's most recent audit.
Standards referenced: RFC 9309 for robots.txt, Google Search Essentials for indexability and canonical guidance, Schema.org for structured data, WCAG 2.1 Level A for image alt text, and Web.dev thresholds for TTFB and LCP.
Scope: Raw server HTML only. Scores measure how well a site serves its technical foundation: robots.txt, sitemap, canonical tags, schema, heading structure, metadata, alt text, and speed. Sites that render their content through client-side JavaScript will score lower here. For a full rendering audit that includes headless browser execution, contact us.
