Philippine Key Employment Indicators
Interactive dashboard tracking Philippine labor force, employment, and underemployment trends from 2005 to 2026. View clean data from the PSA.
What the data shows
The number of employed people in the Philippines has grown steadily since 2005. While the percentage of people looking for work stays mostly the same, the actual number of jobs has gone up.
The biggest issue is underemployment. This means people have jobs but want more hours or better pay. It stays above 10% of the workforce. The country adds jobs faster than it adds good jobs.
